Shirley Jane Baker, 57, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic. Shirley is survived by her husband of 38 years, Ken Baker; sons Jermey (Susan), Brad (Amanda), and Benjamin Baker. Also surviving are her parents Lee and Doris Wertz; brother Leroy Wertz and sister Nita Wertz. Visitation will be held at the Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Avenue, on Sunday, March 15th, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Her funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m.
