Rosemary Dixon

Rosemary Dixon, 82, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on  Friday, September, 27, 2024 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. For our family we will remember this day as a day we lost someone who was brilliant and more enduring than any one person we have ever met. We lost an amazing woman who despite all odds managed to fight when doctors said she was gone. We love and miss you so much, rest easy now your family will be ok.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Dixon; mother, Margaret Kern; brother, August Starkloff; and sisters, Patsy Lary and Susan Doncouse. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Benarth, Kathleen Dixon and Peggy Dixon; grandchildren, Edwin, Angel, Vincent, Nathaniel (Chelsey) and Brittney (Zachary Sr.); great-grandchildren, Christian, Liyah, Zachary Jr., Atticus and Peyton; and brother, Terry Starkloff.

There will be a visitation at the Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Avenue, on Thursday, October 3rd, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral Home. Her burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
