Lois (Hill) Reckley, God's "earthly angel", age 94, passed away to return to the love of her life of 63 years, Cleon Reckley, and live eternally in Paradise, on Monday, September 8, 2025. Lois worked as a seamstress and loved it so much she made it a life-long habit. She lived a full life filled with friends and family from Maumee to Fort Pierce, Florida, and the cottage along the river in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Lois enjoyed painting, gardening, cooking, sewing, and making all sorts of useful goodies including her infamous "Toast Tweezers." But most of all, she loved her family and always put them first. She was a selfless, beautiful soul and will forever be cherished.
Lois leaves behind her son, Tim (Diane) Reckley; daughter, Jennifer Stough; grandchildren, Amanda (Scott) Whitaker, Alyssa (Tom) Morris, Caitlyn and Abby Stough, Phillip (Katelyn) Levering; and great-grandchildren, Caleb, Eliza, Maci and Ezra; as well as several nieces and nephews.
