Chris A. Zervas

Chris A. Zervas, 57, of Northwood finally crossed the finish line peacefully while surrounded by family on June 12, 2016 after a year of fighting a courageous battle with cancer. Chris was born in Toledo on December 21, 1958 in Toledo to John and Carol (Ladd) Zervas. A true Motorhead and avid car and motorcycle enthusiast, Chris was happiest on the racetrack or on his bike in the mountains and in the fresh air. He worked for the past 24 years for Westway Trading as a Terminal Operator. Chris was preceded in death by his father John. He is survived by his mother, Carol Zervas, his two sons Christopher (Dani) Zervas and John (Tina) Zervas, 8 Grandchildren, his brother Steve (Missy) Zervas, sister Eve (Doby) Fritts and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 6 PM in The Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Ave . A Life Celebration will be scheduled at a later date.
