Cheryl Anne Hutton Heyen went to be with her Lord on November 16, 2025, in Sylvania OH with her daughter, Shelley Wulff, at her side. Cheryl grew up in Weedsport NY. She was born on October 27, 1946, in Auburn NY. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Frank Hutton, and sister-in-law Suzanne Hutton. She is survived by siblings Maurice (Bonnie) Hutton of Novi MI, Marlin Hutton of Auburn NY, Cynthia (Douglas) Wright of Red Creek NY, and Candace (Robert) Carter of Fleet England; and daughter Shelley (Michael) Wulff of Bowling Green OH. Cheryl was especially proud of her three grandchildren, Paige, Bryan, and Autumn Wulff.

While finishing her degree in mathematics, Cheryl was a bookkeeper. She got her degree from University of Toledo. Upon finishing her degree, she became a tutor in math, history and reading. Many students improved their grades under her tutelage. Cheryl enjoyed making people laugh by sharing jokes. The Church of the Cross was a major comfort to Cheryl both with how she could support others and how the congregation supported her.

Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Cross, 1750 Eastgate Road, Toledo OH on Friday November 21st at 10:00 am. Followed by lunch at 11:30 am. It is requested that donations be made to the American Red Cross.
