Charlotte A. Johnson

Charlotte A. Johnson, 73, formerly of Toledo and most recent of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away on February 25, 2022 at the Signature HealthCARE of McCreary County, Pine Knot, KY. She had cancer and dementia. Charlotte was born to Kenneth H. Sr. and Reba (Adams) Clevenz on April 30, 1948 here in Toledo, Ohio. She loved helping others and found joy by becoming a L.P.N working at the Heights Hospital in Houston, Texas, Oncology Department for 10 years. She later continued her nursing career as a charge nurse at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Ashland, Ohio, caring and loving each patient under her care. Charlotte was a special lady, if you knew her you loved her. Her faith in her Lord was strong, always showing the love of Christ to others. She was an avid cat lover and displayed that passion in many ways. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her son William Johnson; sister Candice Whitehead and brother Kenneth Clevenz Jr. Visitation will be held at The Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Avenue, Toledo, Ohio, 43614, on Friday, March 4th from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery, Sylvania, Ohio.
