Charles "Chuck" P. Metty

Charles P. “Chuck” Metty, 89, of South Toledo passed away on April 26, 2016 at the Lakes of Monclova. He was born on March 17, 1927 in Detroit to Earl and Eliza Metty. He was employed in lumber sales in Toledo and Adrian MI locations and was a past commander of American Legion Post #97 in Adrian. Chuck is survived by his wife of 69 years, Joyce, sister Eileen Rogers, and two brothers Dale and Gerald Metty, as well as several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
